What's to love about Westside Costa Mesa?

Westside Costa Mesa. It's an area that has undergone several transformations over the years and has now become a highly sought-after location for those looking to experience one of the best neighborhoods in Costa Mesa.

Westside Costa Mesa has a rich history that is worth exploring. According to an article by The Los Angeles Times, the area was originally part of the Irvine Ranch, which was a vast expanse of land that stretched from the San Joaquin Hills to the Pacific Ocean. In the early 1900s, the ranch was divided into smaller parcels of land and sold to farmers and investors.

The Westside of Costa Mesa was initially known for its agricultural production, including lima beans, celery, and tomatoes. However, as the population of the area grew, the farmland was converted into residential neighborhoods. In the 1950s and 60s, Westside Costa Mesa underwent significant development, with the construction of several commercial buildings, shopping centers, and schools.

Freedom Track homes in Costa Mesa are highly sought-after properties due to their unique characteristics. The tree-lined streets give the neighborhood a charming feel, while the large lot sizes provide residents with plenty of space to create their own large backyard or even add an ADU.

One of the best things about the Freedom Track homes is their proximity to the beach. Residents can easily take a bike ride or walk to the nearby beach using the bike path meant for walkers, joggers, cyclists.

Plus, you can take a short walk to Canyon Park, which offers plenty of trails for hiking, biking, and running. All in all, the Freedom Track homes offer an exceptional lifestyle that combines the best of urban living and beach lifestyle, making it an ideal location to call home.
